Dolce & Vegano was born from the desire to tell the story of Sicily through new eyes: those of ethics, care, and gastronomic creativity.
We are a Sicilian artisan workshop specializing in vegan products for the professional restaurant industry . Our production focuses on the authentic flavors of the island, reinterpreted with a modern, sustainable twist.
Each of our products—from traditional arancini to pastry creams, to signature desserts like cannoli—is made with select ingredients, handcrafted, and designed to offer discerning restaurants, bars, bistros, and other venues a plant-based alternative that honors both quality and Sicily's gastronomic history.
Ours is a cuisine that speaks to the heart even before the palate: a cuisine that aims to be good to eat, but above all good to think about.

🐾 OUR COMMITMENT TO ANIMALS
Part of the proceeds from Dolce & Vegano are donated to a sanctuary for free-ranging animals based in Sicily, a place where animals rescued from difficult situations can live safely, respected, and free from exploitation.
This commitment isn't a symbolic action: it's our way of giving back, of transforming our love for animals into a concrete and ongoing gesture.
We believe that a vegan product is not complete if it does not also support the freedom of the animals it is intended to protect.
